Sometimes the most simple of photos look best with no colour. That is, the original photo medium, black and white. I love shooting in black and white, however, time and experience has taught me shoot in colour, change to black and white later. Black and white photos set a mood, transport the viewer to a place, whether it be dark and grim or light and happy. So drain the colour from your photos and see what emerges.
