Every now and then I find a pattern that I just love, not just think is cute or gorgeous but totally head over heels fall in love with. This is one of them. The plain vest pattern from Pickle’s Yarns is not only a quick simple knit but it is cute and girly all at the same time!
I used a ball of 4ply baby wool and a ball of 4ply sock wool held together on 6mm needles and knitted the pattern as is from the free pattern (they offer one size free only) and measured the length against a 00 onesie as I went. This vest will fit a 6-12month old and is super stretchy. Miss L is to be the lucky recipient of this gorgeous vest, but I couldn’t wait to see her to share it with you all!
